User consent to personal data processing

Pursuant to Articles 23, 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 ‘On Personal Data’, the Rules for the Personal Data Processing as posted on the website at: https://www.ano-nvo.ru (hereinafter, PD Processing Rules),

I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the User, by sending information through the feedback forms (hereinafter, the Form(s)) during the registration procedure in order to use the site https://www.ano-nvo.ru and its services (hereinafter, the Site, the Service), and in the future when using the Site and/or its Services, I express my full, unconditional and explicit Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter, the Consent) on the following conditions:

1. Consent is granted to the Autonomous non-profit organization National Exhibition Operator, (TIN 7704486157) headquartered at: Postal address: 12 Yefremov street, bldg. 2, FL/SUITE/ROOM/ 6/XIV/3/4,9,10,24,26,27,1,2. Moscow 119048 Russian Federation.

2. Consent is given to the processing of personal and other data specified by the User in the Forms by filling in the appropriate text fields and/or files attached to the Forms, namely the following categories:

  • last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, phone number, registration address, other similar information reported by the Site User, making it possible to identify him/her as a subject of personal data;
  • data that is automatically transmitted during browsing and when visiting the pages of the Site: IP address, cookie information, browser information, access time, visited page address, referrer (previous page address);
  • statistics about my IP addresses.

3. The Consent to personal data processing was given for the following purposes:

  • execution of agreements on providing access to the Site, its Content and/or the Service, to the functionality of the Service, to administer the Site;
  • User identification when signing up on the Site and/or when using the Service;
  • rendering services, requests and applications processing;
  • ensuring feedback, including sending notifications and requests;
  • ensuring that the provided personal data is complete;
  • entering into contracts, carrying out reconciliation payments;
  • collecting statistics by the Operator;
  • improving the performance of the Site and/or its Service, enhancing the User experience, developing new services and services;
  • conducting marketing (advertising) actions, sending proposals by the Operator and receiving them by the User to promote the Operator’s services on the market, including through direct contacts.

The User hereby confirms, is made aware and agrees that for the purposes specified above, the Operator has the right to collect and use additional information related to the User, obtained during the User’s access to the Site, its Content and/or the Service, or from third parties, and containing data about technical means (including mobile devices) and methods of technological interaction with the Site and/or its Service (including the IP address of the host, type of the User’s operating system, browser type, geographic location, information about the provider and otherwise), about the User’s activity when using the Site and/or its Service, cookies, information about errors issued to the User, about downloaded files, videos, tools, as well as other data obtained by the methods established by the Rules for processing PD; dispose of statistical information related to the operation of the Site and/or its Service, as well as User information for the purposes of organizing the operation and technical support of the Site and/or its Service and the compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and the Rules for processing PD developed thereunder.

4. The consent to personal data processing was given in a combined (automated and non-automated) manner.

When processing the personal data, the Operator has the right to: collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (distribute, provide, access), depersonalize, block, delete, destruct the User’s personal data.

5. The User hereby confirms that:

5.1. He/she gives consent to their personal data processing, specified in paragraph 2 of this consent, to the persons specified in paragraph 1 of this consent, and also confirms that the Operator has clarified the consequences of withholding personal data, in cases when such data submission is required by federal law.

5.2. He/she is informed about the possibility of withdrawing consent as provided for in the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’ by personal request or by sending a written request (including as an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or enhanced qualified electronic signature), addressed to the persons specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent, as well as informed of the right to withdraw Consent in order to stop processing by the person specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent, both all of the personal data specified in paragraph 2 of the Consent and biometric personal data separately (if requested by the Operator and provided by the User).

5.3. He/she is informed that the persons specified in paragraph 1 of this Consent have the right to continue processing personal data of the User after receiving the withdrawal of the Consent, as well as after the Consent expires, should there be actual grounds provided for in part 2, Article 9 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’.

5.4. He/she gives consent to receive advertising, promotional and publicity releases and is informed by the Operator about the possibility and procedure for making a refusal to do so.

6. Consent becomes effective from the moment it is submitted and can be revoked by the User by sending a written application in any form to the Operator at the email address info@ano-nvo.ru or in any other manner ensuring its delivery to the receiver.

7. Consent is valid for an indefinite period until it is withdrawn by the User. The Consent is terminated from the date specified in the User’s application for revocation of Consent to the PD processing, at the earliest on the date following the date when the Operator has actually received the revocation of Consent.

8. The Consent is deemed formed, confirmed and sent on the date and time of marking the corresponding field (or clicking on the corresponding button) in the Form and/or clicking on the Submit button of the Form on any page of the Site and/or its Service.

9. Pursuant to Part 4, Art. 9 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’, I send my personal data through a personal mobile device or personal computer by attaching to a special form or by filling out the appropriate fields of such a form when completing the registration procedure on the Site.

10. The User has been informed that it is the Operator having issued the corresponding instruction (consent) who is responsible for the actions of the person processing personal data on behalf of the Operator.
